Sales Administrator
*Job Type: Full-time - Permanent
*Location: Crawley
*Salary: 28,000 - 30,000

Day-to-day duties of the role:
*Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s ERP/CRM systems.
*Liaise with production, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
*Maintain and update customer records, pricing and product information.
*Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance data for management review.
*Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
*Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
*Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to manage lead times.
*Support the onboarding of new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly advantageous.
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
