Job Description:
Residential Conveyancer
*Annual Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
*Location: Remote - Must be commutable to London for client meetings
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer who is passionate about modernising residential conveyancing in the UK. This remote-first, paperless, and tech-savvy role is perfect for someone who values autonomy, wants to help shape a forward-thinking practice, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Primarily working with a Central London estate agency who they have a panel agreement with, you should be commercially minded and skilled in building relationships. A strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act is essential in this role due to the nature of the properties you may be dealing with.
Whilst they role is remote, you will be required to travel in to London fairly regularly and meet with stakeholders and clients on a face to face basis.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a varied caseload of residential sales and purchases autonomously.
*Utilise strong technical knowledge to handle legal aspects efficiently.
*Provide high-quality client care and service, ensuring all client needs and goals are met.
*Embrace and contribute to a digital-first, paperless working environment.
*Innovate and implement new approaches within the conveyancing field.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Property/Conveyancing Solicitor
*5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) within residential conveyancing.
*Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act.
*Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Comfortable with technology and a paperless work environment.
*Pride in delivering excellent service and helping clients achieve their goals.
Benefits:
*20 days paid annual leave + Bank holidays and Christmas off (totaling over 30 days a year).
