You will be joining a small, friendly team that occupies a desirable position in the market. The work will be a varied mix of residential, with some commercial property files too.
Typical matters will include:
*Residential freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
*Lease extensions
*Remortgages
*Commercial property transactions and lease extensions
About You:
To succeed in this Property Solicitor application, you will be:
*A qualified Solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEx
*Able to show recent experience handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing (essential) and commercial (desirable)
*Have around 3-5 years of PQE but other levels will be considered
