in London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its expanding team in South Buckinghamshire.
Led by a highly experienced partner from a top-tier firm, the department offers an outstanding environment for professional development. You will manage a broad, high-quality caseload, often mid to high net worth and play an integral role in the firm’s continued growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, leasehold work, Transfers of Equity, shared ownership and lease extensions
*Working closely with Partners and potentially supporting junior members of the team while running your own busy caseload
*Handling the full range of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
*Delivering exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships
*Achieving billing targets and contributing to the team’s financial performance
*Undertaking networking and business development activities to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships

*Solid background in residential conveyancing with experience managing your own files
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Confidence in client communication and relationship management
*An interest in business development, marketing and supporting the firm’s regional growth
