Are you an Employment Solicitor passionate about Employment Law and looking for the perfect opportunity to advance your legal career with a respected regional firm?
A well-established law firm in central Leeds is expanding its Employment team and seeking a motivated and ambitious Employment Solicitor. While the ideal candidate will have around 1 to 2 years PQE, applications from all levels are welcome. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with the Head of Department, gaining exposure to high-quality work and benefiting from expert mentorship within an experienced team.

The role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with at least six months’ experience in employment law, particularly in claimant work, and a solid understanding of the Employment Tribunal process.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a diverse caseload with supervision, handling cases from initial instruction through to resolution and closure, preparing documentation, maintaining case files, managing billing and payments, responding promptly to client queries, and supporting colleagues within the Employment team.
