*Supporting in Maths & English
*Young person is in Year 12 and has PMLD
*Young person has dyskinetic cerebral palsy, severe global developmental delay and a possible auditory neuropathy disorder.
*5 hours a week, 1.30pm - 2.30pm
*Face to Face Only
*ASAP Start
*Based In E15
