Gleeson Recruitment Group are excited to be supporting a dynamic and growing organisation, is seeking a highly capable Commercial Finance Manager to take ownership of core FP&A activity and act as a trusted business partner to their operational teams. This is a broad and influential role with significant exposure across the business, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with non-finance stakeholders and driving performance through insight.

Key responsibilities of the role:
*Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring high-quality financial outputs.
*Provide insightful analysis on performance, trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making.
*Partner closely with operational leaders to challenge assumptions, improve financial understanding, and drive commercial outcomes.
*Develop and refine financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions.
*Deliver clear, concise reporting to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
*Support ongoing improvements to financial processes, reporting tools, and MI.
About You
*Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
*Strong FP&A background with proven experience supporting operational teams or non-finance stakeholders.
*Excellent analytical skills and the ability to distil complex data into clear insight.
*Confident communicator who can build effective relationships at all levels.
*Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
*A hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a lean finance team.
