With these presently challenging times, consultancies will be more important than ever to provide their expertise. My client is looking for a Senior Consultant focused on Change Management to help lead their consultants on vital projects. You will have operational improvements experience, preferably within a consultancy environment, where your expertise lies within Change Management. It will also be highly beneficial if you have a background involving process improvements and operational reviews.
Base salary: £50k-c£65k plus benefits: Car Allowance, Bonus, BUPA, Pension and more.
My client has a fantastic range of clients within all sectors, so you will enjoy a mixture of experience and challenging projects within the Change Management field.
With this being a consultancy, and underlining your importance as a Senior Consultant, you will be required to travel to client sites and realistically be prepared to be based on the project site from Monday to Thursday. Whilst the majority of projects are UK based, there is also a wonderful opportunity for foreign travel.
