Job Type: Mornings of Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Role: Temporary
We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care and has strong phlebotomy skills within a primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform venepuncture accurately and efficiently for patients of all ages.
*Ensure samples are correctly labelled and processed in line with practice protocols.
*Maintain infection control and health & safety standards at all times.
*Provide excellent patient care and reassurance during procedures.
*Accurately record patient information and test details using System One clinical software.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Phlebotomist in a GP surgery or healthcare setting.
*Must be proficient in using System One for patient records and appointment management.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
