This is a temp to perm position - get started quickly, see how things go, and if it’s a good fit on both sides, it becomes permanent. No lengthy hiring process, no big commitment up front.
You’ll join a close-knit finance team where everyone mucks in. The core of your role is sales ledger admin - posting invoices, allocating payments and dealing with dealership queries - but you’ll also touch a bit of purchase ledger, do some light credit control, and get involved in daily banking.
It’s not the kind of place where you clock in, do one thing, and clock out. You’ll get to see how the full finance function ticks - and they’ll show you the ropes on things like intercompany positions and their custom systems.
The salary is £26,500. You’ll work 37.5 hours a week (8.30am to 5pm, with flexibility on breaks), and once you’re up to speed, you’ll be in the office three days and work from home two. Wednesday in, Friday out.
