Join a highly reputable organisation within the financial services sector as a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager. This pivotal role oversees day-to-day payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple regions UK, East Asia, Europe; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and validate global payroll processes, including verification, processing, and payment
*Oversee tax year-end and start-of-year activities, ensuring compliance with HMRC and IRS regulations
*Continuously review and enhance payroll systems, embedding improvements and conducting relevant testing
*Provide guidance and oversight to third-party vendors
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, fit-for-purpose payroll and benefits service
Core Skills & Experience
*Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally within the UK; US payroll experience is highly desirable
*Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HR processes
*Payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent) preferred
*Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
*Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
*Proficiency in payroll and HR technology tools
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills
