Job Description:
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive Dealership, in the Plymouth area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Benefits:
*Volume Car Dealership
*Basic Salary of £35,000 DOE
*Achievable earnings over £40,000
*No weekends!
*Industry and manufacturer training courses available.
*Dealer level benefits package available.
Duties:
*Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
*Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
*Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
*Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians – including mentoring the apprentice Technicians
*Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements:
*Have a previous working experience within a similar role
*Strong Leadership skills
*A full and valid UK Driving Licence
*Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday only – no weekends!
The Salary being offered up to £35,000 with OTE £40,000.
