A successful Corporate Tax (PE) Associate Director should have:

*A professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g. CTA, ACA, or equivalent).
*Proven experience in managing client portfolios and delivering tailored tax advice.
*Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
*Excellent technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
