Location: Lochore, Fife
Salary: £25,000 - £25,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 08:30 - 17:00, Mon - Fri (flexibility may be discussed)
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in the food production and retail sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a growing team and play a key role in attracting and selecting high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.
You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle from screening and first-stage interviews to ensuring compliance standards are met. The role involves working from the office, attending open days, and visiting retail locations to engage potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
*Source and screen candidates for operational and retail roles
*Conduct first-stage interviews and assess suitability
*Ensure compliance with recruitment and onboarding standards
*Progress candidates through internal systems and liaise with department managers
*Attend recruitment events and open days
*Travel across multiple locations to support recruitment activity
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
*Strong understanding of compliance and candidate screening
*Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise quality over quantity
*Willingness to travel across the Central Belt and beyond
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Must have access to a personal vehicle
