Supply and Demand Planner
Location: Falkirk
Contract: 4-month temporary (potential to go permanent)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
Hours: 37.5 per week
*Mon–Thurs: 9:00–17:00
*Fri: 9:00–13:00
*1 day home working per week
*Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We’re working with a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for a Supply and Demand Planner to join their supply chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring products are available when customers need them by managing demand forecasts, placing purchase orders, and coordinating imports. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Placing purchase orders and tracking supplier performance.
*Forecasting demand and managing inventory across thousands of SKUs.
*Prioritising shipments and resolving delays (including imports from overseas).
*Ensuring compliance with dangerous goods regulations.
*Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory management.
*Knowledge of dangerous goods shipping regulations.
*Ability to manage large SKU portfolios effectively.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Proficiency in Excel and planning systems (SAP or similar desirable).
