Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
*Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
*Assist in cash flow management and financial planning.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
*Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
*Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Profile
fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
Experience in property management business and/or MRI Qube software is highly desirable.
Skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
