*Sector: Off-Shore Resourcing - Multiple Disciplines
*Salary: Up to £60k basic

What is the role?
They are looking for a Business Development Manager who has successfully sold offshore or outsourced staffing solutions (India or APAC-based) to UK businesses.
This is a strategic, hands-on sales role for someone who understands how to pitch an offshore model, open doors with decision-makers, and build long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of this and have a great track record of providing real change in the niche.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop new business opportunities with UK companies across IT, finance, and professional services sectors.
*Sell the value proposition of India-based, cost-effective resources – covering IT, finance, and back-office functions.
*Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
*Work closely with our India operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Job Requirements:
*3+ years’ experience in business development or sales of offshore/outsourced model, or managed services.
*Strong understanding of the UK market and existing network across SMEs and mid-market clients.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset — confident working independently with support from India-based teams.
