Finance Manager – Multi-Business Role
Location: London (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with two innovative, fast-growing businesses operating in distinct sectors: one in property and the other in sustainable consumer goods. This is a unique opportunity for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations across two dynamic companies, each with its own exciting growth trajectory.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting, and analysis for both businesses. This position requires a confident, detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of multi-currency accounting, inventory reconciliation, and strategic planning. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and providing insights that drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage bookkeeping and financial operations across GBP, EUR, and USD accounts.
*Deliver month-end P&L reporting and maintain robust financial controls.
*Reconcile data from eCommerce platforms and 3rd party logistics partners.
*Oversee accounts receivable/payable and cash flow management.
*Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journals; support audits and compliance.
*Conduct inventory reconciliations and ensure accurate COGS reporting.
*Assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
*Provide margin analysis and landed cost calculations for product lines.
*Collaborate with external accountants and internal teams to support growth.
What We’re Looking For
*4+ years’ experience in finance within consumer goods, property, or eCommerce.
*Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, cost accounting, and management reporting.
*Proficiency with Xero, Shopify, Stripe, and multi-currency accounting.
*Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, margin analysis).
*Experience with landed cost and inventory reconciliation.
*ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified (desirable).
*Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment.
Why Apply?
*Impact: Shape the financial backbone of two high-growth businesses.
*Variety: Work across property and global consumer brand sectors.
*Growth: Opportunity to progress into a broader operations role.
*Flexibility: Hybrid working and flexible hours.
