About the Role
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing group-wide cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management. You will manage banking relationships, support funding activities, enhance treasury systems and processes, and ensure rigorous financial control.
Working closely with senior leadership and the Group Treasurer, you’ll play a key role in delivering the organisation’s long-term treasury strategy.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead group cash forecasting and working capital management across multiple divisions.
*Oversee daily banking operations and ensure sufficient liquidity for business needs.
*Manage short- and medium-term cashflow analysis, weekly reporting, and debt facility compliance.
*Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
*Support strategic treasury planning and contribute to long-term vision and objectives.
*Drive continuous improvements across processes, systems, and internal controls.
*Provide treasury support for M&A activity, audits, and training across the group.
*Administer banking platforms and ensure compliance with treasury policies and KPIs.
Experience & Qualifications
*Professional treasury qualification (e.g., ACT Diploma) highly desirable but not essential
*Proven experience in a corporate treasury role
*Strong expertise in liquidity management, cash forecasting, and working capital optimisation.
*Hands-on experience with cash/banking operations and debt facilities (RCF, term loans).
*Experience improving treasury systems and processes.
*Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills.
*Familiarity with treasury management systems and banking platforms.
