Reward Manager | Interim | From £250 per day, depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:
*Design, develop, and manage comprehensive reward programmes, including compensation, benefits, bonuses, and incentives.
*Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits.
*Partner with HR and senior leadership to align reward strategies with business objectives and employee needs.
*Lead annual salary review processes and recommend adjustments to maintain fairness and competitiveness.
*Oversee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legislation.
*Provide expert advice on job evaluation, pay structures, and policy development.
*Communicate reward policies effectively to enhance employee engagement and understanding.
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience as a Reward Manager or similar HR role.
*Strong knowledge of job evaluation and market pricing techniques.
*Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
*Up-to-date understanding of compensation and benefits trends.
*Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis.
*Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
*The ability to guide the team through a transitional phase
