We are seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at the Colleges Group. This role involves teaching, training, and assessing students in Electrical Level 3 8202-30 and Phase 1 Apprentices City & Guilds 5357, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on designated study programmes and courses, with a focus on the design, delivery, and evaluation of the programme.
Day-to-day of the role:*Teach and train students in Electrical Installation to Level 3, including practical elements.
*Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure they achieve their maximum potential.
*Lead on designated study programmes and courses.
*Design, deliver, and evaluate the curriculum to meet educational standards and industry requirements.
*Provide support to learners, helping them overcome challenges and succeed in their studies.
*Maintain a structured weekly schedule, with 30 contact hours spread across Monday to Friday.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Must hold a Level 3 Electrical qualification.
*Extensive knowledge of the qualifications listed (Electrical Level 3 8202-30 and City & Guilds 5357).
*Ability to conduct all practical elements of electrical installations.
*Proven experience in teaching or training in a relevant field.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
