Join the busy Housing Options Team as a SupportAdministrator and contribute to delivering exceptional support to customers and providing administration support to the team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative and customer support and thrives in managing customer interactions through various channels.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Housing Options Team.
*Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
*Handle initial customer enquiries via telephone, email, and direct office visits.
*Take ownership of allocated administrative processes.
*Liaise with internal departments and external agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*General administration experience
* IT literacy; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Strong customer service skills.
*Communication skills, both written and verbal.
