A highly regarded boutique litigation firm is seeking a talented Associate (1-4 PQE) to join its dynamic team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile commercial disputes, fraud claims and professional negligence matters within a practice renowned for its technical excellence and strategic approach.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, taking responsibility for drafting correspondence, evidence and applications, while liaising with counsel, experts and other stakeholders. The role offers direct client contact, attendance at hearings and the chance to support senior lawyers on significant cases. You will also be encouraged to contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives, reflecting its entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.
Key Requirements:
*1-4 years’ PQE with solid commercial litigation experience
*Exposure to fraud or professional negligence claims advantageous
*Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
*Confident, adaptable and client-focused with excellent organisational skills
