CRA Consulting are proud to be working with a well-established, reputable law firm in Huddersfield who are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their thriving property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing assistant or legal support professional looking to progress their career within a friendly, supportive and long-standing practice.

Role Overview
You will provide high-quality support to the busy residential property department, assisting with a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The ideal candidate will have significant prior experience within residential conveyancing, strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver a first-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities
*Supporting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing files
*Drafting contracts, preparing standard documents and carrying out searches
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
*Preparing completion statements and managing post-completion requirements
*Ensuring files are maintained to compliance standards
*Providing general administrative support to the team

Required Skills & Experience
*Prior experience working within a residential conveyancing team
*Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
*Good IT literacy and ability to manage workloads efficiently
*A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
