In this role you will be directly working with the Head of Finance managing all company transactions as well as assisting with management accounts and month end duties.

Description
*Ensure all finance transactions have been processed including sales and purchase invoices
*Managing the company cashflow, bank and balance sheet reconciliations
*Working closely with new suppliers setting them up on the accounting system and approving payment runs
*Identify and monitor income and expenditure and raise invoices as required
*Assist in management of company budgets for forecasts
*Bank and credit card reconciliations
*Producing reports and processing payroll journals
*Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register
Profile
*AAT Level 4 qualification or qualified by experience to this level with a relevant degree
*Thorough understanding of debits and credits
*Must have previous experience in using Excel pivot tables, vlookups
*Proven ability to work independently and operate at a confident level
*Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
