Job Description:
Temp-perm. £22-£23 per hour (up to £38k when permanent). Van and fuel card included from day one! Working within social housing on planned works and void properties.
As a Carpenter, you’ll receive:
*£22-£23 per hour (up to £38k when permanent).
*Company van and fuel card
*Uniform
*Local work
As a Carpenter, you’ll be:
*Working on planned works and within void properties
*Completing 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
*Completing minor plumbing
*Painting and Decorating
*Patch plastering
*Laying vinyl flooring
*Completing Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
As a Carpenter, you’ll need:
*A minimum of a NVQ level 2 Carpentry qualification or at least 5 years experience within this trade
*Experience working within occupied homes
*A full and current driving licence
Location
Travelling within Basingstoke and Newbury, with occasional travel to Swindon, Oxford, and Reading.
