Job Description:

A well respected insurance brokerage in Northamptonshire and a leader in the region is renowned for its strategic approach to commercial client management and now seeks a new business focused Account Executive to enhance their team.
The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of clients with a combined worth of approximately £100,000 (commission income). This provides a platform to build relationships and expand the book through sophisticated sales techniques. The role is perfect for those who excel in engaging with commercial clients paying premiums ranging from £20,000 to £100,000.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the insurance sector, demonstrating an ability to navigate the complexities of commercial client needs. A strategic mind set and a flair for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities are essential. Strong interpersonal skills will enable the successful candidate to build and maintain enduring client relationships.


Required Skills & Experience:
*Demonstrable experience in insurance sales, with a focus on commercial insurance clients.
*Adept at strategic sales planning and execution.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio effectively.
*A solid understanding of the insurance market and products.
*Relevant professional qualifications are highly regarded.
