Teaching Assistant Required for Outstanding School in Croydon
About the role:

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive primary school in Croydon, rated Outstanding by OFSTED. This is a temporary position with a day rate of £100–£115.

Responsibilities may include:
*Supporting pupils in small groups to accelerate progress
*Providing 1:1 or targeted intervention support
*Helping to create an engaging, stimulating learning environment
*Collaborating with teachers to enhance pupil attainment and wellbeing
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience working with children or within a school setting
*A genuine passion for education and pupil development
*Creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach
*A Level 3 support staff qualification (desired but not essential)
