Join an established Financial Services Team as an Administrator in Eastbourne!
Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking a friendly, organised professional to join our client in their Eastbourne office and play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service.
In this role, you’ll support the business owner and team with a wide range of administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. From managing diaries and processing new business applications to liaising with clients and providers, your work will ensure every client receives an unsurpassed level of service.
You’ll enjoy a varied role that includes:
*Using Intelligent Office to manage client details and tasks
*Preparing illustrations, reports, and fund research
*Administering portfolio rebalances and fund switches
*Handling general office duties like scanning, filing, and appointment booking
To be considered for this role you must have:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services administration
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*A proactive, client-focused approach
