Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
Trust Education are looking for a dedicated and flexible Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a primary school in Sheffield on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for an experience HLTA who is confident leading classes, supporting learning, and making a real impact on pupil progress.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Delivering lessons to whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
*Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
*Leading small group interventions and 1:1 support.
*Assisting with lesson planning and classroom organisation.
*Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About You:
We are looking for a HLTA who:
*Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualifications/experience.
*Has experience working across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
*Can confidently deliver lessons and manage classroom behaviour.
*Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupil outcomes.
*Holds and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to apply.
