Job Description:
We are seeking multiple Finance Analysts to join a not-for-profit organisation during a period of change and transformation. The role requires expertise in accounting and finance to maintain and optimise financial systems effectively.
We are looking for all levels of experience from mid level, through to seniors who have excellent skills with data analysis, financial analysis and Excel.

Description
*Maintain and optimise financial systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
*Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
*Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to streamline processes.
*Ensure the integrity and security of financial systems and data.
*Support the implementation of new financial software or system upgrades.
*Provide training and guidance to team members on system usage.
*Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Resolve technical issues related to financial systems promptly.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
*Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
*Experience in managing and optimising financial systems.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
*Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
*Problem-solving skills to address technical and system-related issues.
Job Offer
*Salary between £27,000 - £40,000 depending on skill and ability
*6 month contract
*Hybrid working, 3 days office 2 days home
*Pension contribution
