International Assignment Consultant
*Location: Remote (UK Based) - Head office in Swindon
*Job Type: Permanent
*Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:15 PM
Join our team as an International Assignment Consultant. This role is perfect for a proactive and quick-thinking individual who can manage multiple relocations simultaneously. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their relocation process is smooth and successful.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Act as the single point of contact and coordination for all phases of the international relocation process.
*Coordinate and manage the delivery of all relocation services based on individual client policies.
*Build long-term relationships with all customers and ensure an excellent customer service is provided at all times.
*Manage and maintain all internal and external relationships.
*Take responsibility for all elements of the relocation and demonstrate knowledge on all services and products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in relocation, global mobility, or a similar field is highly desirable.
*Excellent organisational and project management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse individuals.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions quickly.
