Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: £13.69 to £15.87 per hour

Reeson Education are recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Mentor to join a supportive SEMH school in Wythenshawe. This full-time, long term role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children of primary age.
As a Learning Support Mentor, you will work closely with pupils across primary key stages, supporting a range of needs including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, MLD, and other learning difficulties. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with behaviour management, and help create a structured, nurturing environment.
Learning Support Mentor Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils of primary age with SEMH and complex learning needs
* Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
* Encourage positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional development
* Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised strategies
* Support learning across the curriculum and help pupils stay engaged and motivated
* Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with staff and parents
Learning Support Mentor Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, MLD, or other additional needs
* Patient, adaptable, and resilient with excellent communication skills
* Ability to provide structure, encouragement, and guidance to pupils
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Passionate about making a positive impact on young people’s lives
