A fantastic opportunity for a fast growing, innovation-driven technology firm, who are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is a pivotal role for a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can anticipate needs before they arise, whilst playing a crucial role at the heart of a company that is building out its technology solutions.
Excellent hybrid working available.
What you’ll do:
*Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CTO
*Manage complex calendars, schedules, and international travel
*Prepare briefs, presentations, meeting packs, and follow-ups
*Coordinate leadership meetings, track actions, and ensure deadlines are met
*Act as a liaison between the CTO, internal teams, and external partners
*Support technology initiatives with research, documentation, and project coordination
*Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
What you’ll need:
*Proven experience supporting C-Suite or senior technology leaders
*Must have start up / scale up experience
*Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
*Tech-savvy with the ability to understand a technical environment
*Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
*Confident decision-maker with a problem-solving mindset
*Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities
