Assistant Management Accountant
Doncaster
Permanent, Full-time
Up to £35,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are on the lookout for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation, based in Doncaster.
This position would suit someone with strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working closely with the wider finance team, you’ll play a key role in supporting month-end processes, reporting, and financial analysis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant:
*Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts to group deadlines
*Performing variance analysis and tracking costs across departments
*Supporting weekly cash flow forecasts and helping to drive positive movements
*Completing key control reconciliations and preparing supporting documentation
*Producing insightful reports for internal stakeholders
*Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
*Maintaining up-to-date financial systems, policies, and procedures
*Identifying process improvements and recommending efficiencies
*Supporting audit preparation and responding to internal financial queries
Key Skills & Experience required: *Actively studying towards or part-qualified in AAT, ACCA, or CIMA (or qualified by experience)
*Previous experience in a similar role within a finance function
*Confident user of Excel, Word, and Outlook
*Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
