Family Solicitor – Swindon
A respected and well-established Swindon practice is growing its Family Law offering and now seeks a driven Family Solicitor to join its central office. This is a stand-out chance to take on high-quality private family work within a supportive, forward-thinking team.
About the Role:
You’ll step into a busy and diverse caseload of privately funded family matters, working closely with an experienced team. Typical work includes:
*Divorce and separation
*Complex financial settlements, including high-net-worth matters
*Cohabitation and civil partnership issues
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
*Child arrangements and wider parenting matters
*Alternative dispute resolution and mediation support
What experience is required:
*Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in family law
*Solid experience across private family work
*Resolution membership (or interest in obtaining it)
*Strong client care skills, with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
*Willingness to get involved in business development and profile-raising activities
