Workflow / Document Production Specialist (Full-time, hybrid)
Hours: Flexible but initially either 8.30-4.30pm or 9.00 to 5pm with at least two and a half days in the office per week
Location: London
About the role
Working for a leading law firm, you will be the first point of contact for quick, short-turnaround document tasks in our clients London office. You will assess incoming work, complete tasks estimated under one hour, schedule and hand over longer jobs, and provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage intake of quick-turn document requests and complete rapid tasks accurately.
*Identify work suitable for Quick Turn and route other tasks to the correct teams.
*Provide technical support, troubleshooting and quality checks.
*Liaise with Document Production and departmental contacts to ensure efficient workflow.
*Use client tools, templates and systems to produce and amend documents.
*Prioritise work effectively, meet deadlines and maintain excellent client communication.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools, templates and document processes.
About you
*Experience managing your own workflow in a legal or professional services environment.
*Previous document production experience.
*Strong client service and communication skills under pressure.
*Excellent MS Office and document troubleshooting ability.
*Highly organised, proactive, and quality focused.
