The Property & Construction team at Reed are expanding the Southampton team are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join the Southampton team and be focused on the Property Maintenance sector where we have a number of established PSL Clients, repeat business and importantly a great opportunity to grow further.
What’s the job?
This is a varied and challenging role requiring someone resilient and determined to succeed. You will be interacting with business clients and prospective candidates on a daily basis and using your own initiative to gain new business. Day to day the role includes:
- Targeted business development, including making outbound calls
- Attending meetings with business clients
- Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Working to targets and KPIs

What we are looking for -
Either experienced Recruitment Consultants or those wanting to learn new skills and develop a career in the recruitment industry.
Effective communicators who can sell our industry leading services either in person, over the phone or via Teams calls.
Ideally a knowledge or interest in the Construction, Property or Engineering sectors however market knowledge can be trained for the right person.
