Location: Midlands
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing professional to step into a Conveyancing Manager role with a highly respected, award-winning firm in the Midlands. This position offers the chance to lead a friendly and established team while still keeping a small, manageable caseload of around 20 files.
As part of the firm’s ongoing investment and growth, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in helping shape the future of the department.
Key Responsibilities * Managing and supporting a team of six conveyancing fee-earners.
* Overseeing workflow, quality, and day-to-day team operations.
* Handling a small personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
* Working alongside senior leaders to support departmental growth and improvement.
What We’re Looking For * Residential conveyancing experience with strong technical knowledge.
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
* A positive, supportive manager with good communication and organisational skills.
