Description
The Senior HR Officer will:
*Manage and oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
*Provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
*Support Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR on a variety of upcoming improvement projects.
*Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
*Management of an HR Officer, proving guidance and supporting their further development.
*Coordinate training and development programmes for staff members.
*Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Officer should have:
*Proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
*Examples of support & HR Advice provided in previous roles.
*Proficiency in using HR systems and managing employee data.
*Natural proactivity.
*A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
*An ability to build strong connections and earn trust.
Job Offer
