Job Description:
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Sales Administrator to join a small, busy team. This part-time role offers flexibility and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities*Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
*Process and input customer orders
*Coordinate with colleagues to support smooth fulfilment
*Assist with general admin tasks, including basic stock or availability checks
*Maintain positive, professional communication with customers
What We’re Looking For*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Good accuracy and attention to detail
*Confident using IT systems
*A positive, helpful approach
*Previous admin experience helpful but not essential
Hours & Benefits*Part-time: 3–4 days per week (hours negotiable)
