Private Client Solicitor
*Location: Farnham, Surrey

*Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (Depending on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join and enhance our well-regarded Private Client team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the growth of our thriving department and deliver exceptional service to our loyal and expanding client base.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts and tax planning, as well as powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
*Client Care: Provide clear, empathetic, and practical advice tailored to the individual needs of clients.
*Team Contribution: Support the ongoing development of the department by sharing expertise and mentoring junior team members.
*Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships and assist in promoting the firm’s private client services.
*Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and professional standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
*Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
*Capable of managing a busy caseload efficiently and independently.
*STEP qualification (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
