We are working with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator. Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
*Process end-to-end payrolls across multiple headcounts and complexities.
*Create payroll calendars and checklists, ensuring accuracy and compliance for every payroll processed.
*Respond to client and internal queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Proven experience in UK payroll processing (CIPP qualification desirable) ideally from a practice or payroll bureau background
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
*Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
*Ability to work under pressure and identify opportunities for process improvement.
