About the Opportunity:
We are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit an experienced Global Mobility Tax Assistant Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tax professional with strong technical expertise in expatriate and mobility tax services to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to international clients.
The Role:
As Global Tax specialist, you will manage a portfolio of international clients, providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services. You will work closely with senior leadership and global partners, ensuring seamless delivery across jurisdictions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of international clients, delivering mobility tax services including tax briefings, compliance support, and advisory work.
*Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
*Coordinate tax compliance processes, including tax returns, shadow payrolls, and year-end reconciliations.
*Collaborate with global partner networks to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
*Support knowledge sharing internally and mentor junior team members to build technical capability.
*Work with leadership to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement best practices.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Strong background in expatriate tax compliance and advisory services.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines.
*Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams and jurisdictions.
*Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
*Desire to develop technical expertise and contribute to team success.
