The Role:

They are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions. You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and play a key role in the growth of our conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion.
*Advising clients on property transactions and related legal matters.
*Drafting and reviewing contracts, title deeds, and other legal documentation.
*Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
*A proactive and flexible approach to work.
