Reed are currently working with one of their established Leeds based clients to recruit a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of Commercial Property transactions and ensure clients consistently receive an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions from start to finish.
*Providing expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England & Wales.
*Candidates with all levels of PQE will be considered
*Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage a busy caseload
*Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other legal tech.
*Strong organisation and time-management skills.
