The Role
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. This is a hands-on role with the support of an experienced administrative team, allowing you to focus on technical quality and client service.
You will be working on matters including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Re-mortgages
*Help to Buy transactions
*Lease extensions (desirable but not essential)

What We’re Looking For
*A minimum of 3 years’ experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
*Ability to manage matters independently with strong technical knowledge
*Confident, personable approach to client communication
*Desire to join a firm where relationships, service quality, and community reputation matter
*Ideally qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CLC-qualified Fee Earner — though experienced non-qualified fee earners will also be considered
