Solicitor - Commercial Property

Reed are currently working with their client, a well-established Legal firm located in the heart of York, renowned for its commitment to excellence and a supportive team environment. They are expanding their Commercial Property Department and are in search of a Solicitor who is ideally 5 years+ PQE who is ready to contribute to and grow with their dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Engage in a wide range of property work within a busy Commercial Property Department where you’d manage a high quality caseload
*Work closely with some great clients to understand and meet their business requirements effectively.
*Manage your own files with the support of experienced colleagues, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
*Enjoy the flexibility of working 4/5 days a week with options for flexible working hours to maintain a great work/life balance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years+ PQE.
*Proven experience in a commercial property department.
*Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of property-related legal tasks.
*Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships and work effectively within a team.
