Job Type: Full-time

Day-to-day duties of the role:
*Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
*Lead and motivate the sales team to advance the sales cycle and hit performance targets.
*Evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies.
*Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
*Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
*Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
*Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
*Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in sales.
*Strong ability to coach sales team members to deliver a high standard of customer service and performance.
*Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
*Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
*Availability to travel as needed.
