Brand and Events Manager (14-Month FTC)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand and Events Manager to manage to join a growing corporate business in the West Sussex area. This role will support with external events, aligning company goals and enhancing brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, events and thrives in a fast paced, diverse workplace.
*Ensure that all events align with overall business goals and strengthens brand presence.
*Design and execute a comprehensive content plan that drives maximum return on investment and supports key objectives.
*Leverage insights from data and analytics to plan, assess, and continuously enhance event performance.
*Coordinate event sponsorships to ensure they complement strategic priorities and reach set goals.
*Supervise the development of promotional materials for events, including brochures, invitations, signage and branded items.
*Prepare and manage event budgets, monitor spending and ensure financial efficiency throughout.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Demonstrable experience in marketing campaigns, partnership working and stakeholder engagement.
*Proven track record in events management to include cost management.
*Skilled in segmentation and marketing metrics.
*Recent experience in designing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
*Ability to work effectively in a project environment.
